“How to win a global integrated facilities management tender?”
This project was part of my Advanced Management Program at Vlerick Business School, completed while I was serving as Regional Director Corporate Facilities for EMEA & Asia for a global employer and client.
The context: we had lost a global tender, and I wanted to understand why, and how to prevent a repeat of this outcome in the future.
